The family was glad to see that Marietta Georgia real estate trends were improving and thought it was a great time to list their home for sale.  In 2011, there were 377 sales with an average list price of $398,854 and an average sales price of $377,300, a sales price to list price ratio of 95%, a sales price to original list price ratio (taking into account price reductions) of 91% and an average days on market of 130.
